Deep Dive sessions are designed for individuals who are serious about their progress and ready to commit to structured, high-level coaching. While you don’t need prior experience, these sessions are not casual or introductory—they require dedication, active participation, and consistent practice.
If you’re an absolute beginner and willing to put in the work, you’re welcome to join. However, if you’re looking for a lighter, more introductory approach, a different program may be more suitable. Deep Dive is for those ready to take their voice and performance to the next level.
We're also developing an online course for those embarking on their initial singing journey. While mastering the coordination of your voice with the tones you hear may take time, with the right know-how and sufficient muscle memory, progress can be rapid.
Life happens—we get it! Here’s how cancellations work:
• Cancel 72 hours or more before your session, and there’s no fee.
• Cancel between 72 and 24 hours before your session, and you’ll be charged 50% of the session fee.
• Cancel less than 24 hours before, or if you don’t show up, the full session fee applies.
Need to reschedule? No problem! Just let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll find a new time for you. Keep in mind, rescheduled sessions must happen within the same week, depending on availability. Communication is key, so reach out as soon as you can—we’re here to support you!
The cost of a Deep Dive Coaching session depends on the bundle you choose:
• 10 Sessions Bundle: €1333 (excl. VAT), with 10 sessions of 90 minutes each. This bundle is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• 20 Sessions Bundle: €2525 (excl. VAT), with 20 sessions of 90 minutes each. This bundle is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
We recommend weekly sessions to optimize muscle memory and ensure steady progress. Consistency is key in developing lasting vocal technique and confidence. As of 1st of March 2025, all Deep Dive Coaching sessions must be scheduled on a weekly basis to maintain optimal results. Biweekly scheduling is no longer available.
Full payment is required upfront to secure your coaching package. Payment must be completed before the first session. You’ll receive an invoice with clear payment instructions. Payments can be made via bank transfer, and all prices are exclusive of 21% VAT.
Installment payments are no longer possible—all services must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Yes! For businesses and organizations in Belgium, coaching services are tax-deductible under applicable tax laws. For international clients, we recommend consulting your local tax advisor to confirm deductibility.
Deep Dive Coaching sessions are non-refundable, as they are personalized and tailored to your specific needs. According to Belgian law, once a service has started, the right to a refund or cancellation does not apply.
If your sessions have not yet started, we may explore rescheduling options or alternative solutions on a case-by-case basis. However, once coaching has begun, the full payment remains non-refundable.
Sessions are primarily conducted online to ensure maximum flexibility, efficiency, and consistency in your coaching progress.
In-person sessions may be possible in exceptional cases, depending on availability. If you prefer an in-person session, please inform us well in advance, but note that priority is always given to online sessions.
To get the best results, full commitment is essential. Progress depends not just on the sessions themselves but also on your active participation, consistent practice, and willingness to apply what you learn outside of our time together.
I provide you with the tools, guidance, and structure, but your results will be a direct reflection of your effort and engagement. Those who follow the process with dedication see the best transformation.
